Shipping & Delivery

At HTLEF, we keep things simple — from checkout to delivery.


Getting Your Order Ready

Once your order is placed, we get to work right away.

  • Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days
  • We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.


Delivery in the UK

We deliver across the United Kingdom with reliable carriers.

  • Standard Delivery: arrives in about 2–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: typically 1–2 business days (if selected)

Delivery times are estimates, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


Shipping Worldwide

We’re happy to ship internationally to many destinations.

  • Europe: around 5–10 business days
  • Other countries: around 7–15 business days

Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country, and these are handled by the customer.


Shipping Costs

Your shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery option.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out!


Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information (where available).
You can use it anytime to check your delivery status.


If Something Goes Wrong

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

To help us resolve things faster, include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos (if applicable)
  • A short description of the issue

We’ll do our best to make it right.

Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We’re unable to take responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
